Join CCSD and June Lake Triathlon
for 3 days of triathlon training on the actual swimming, cycling, and running routes of
the June Lake Triathlon!
All training is in the high Sierras at altitude.

Camp Fee + Single Lodging = US$1,148.00
Camp Fee without Lodging = US$699.00

GENERAL INFORMATION

This camp prepares athletes for the following example events (or other similar triathlon events during June, July, August, or September):

  • Vineman Ironman 70.3, Guerneville, CA, July 17, 2011

  • Santa Cruz International Triathlon, Santa Cruz, CA, August 6, 2011
  • Santa Barbara Triathlon, Santa Barbara, CA, August 27, 2011

LODGING

All lodging is in condo-style units with fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Single units have only one occupant. Shared units have 2 occupants. Single supplement available for US$149.00.

ITINERARY

Day 1, Thursday, June 16
Arrive and check-in at Snowcreek Resort in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Orientation and seminar at 7pm.

Day 2, Friday, June 17
In the morning, light warm-up and shakedown ride in the Mammoth Lakes region. A mixture of tough climbs and small roads make this serenely, beautiful area special for cyclists. Descending and cornering will be covered. After lunch, structured swim training in a local pool. At 7pm, a seminar on timely training topics.

Day 3, Saturday, June 18
In the morning, a bike-run brick workout on the June Lake Triathlon course, with specific instructions for training on both legs. After lunch, structured swim training along with structured transitions training.

Day 4, Sunday, June 19
In the morning, a swim-bike brick workout with specific instructions for each leg. Further structured in the afternoon, for those interested on the June Lake Triathlon course.
